Never again without a bag
Didn't know what I was missing. Never again will I make an unwrapped turkey. My sister paid $10 for a bag. These bags, at about $1 each, nailed it! A word of caution: make sure your bird is in a grill with a grate. Eventually, when you "pull the tie," the pouch will open and the juices will flow out. Anyway, my 19 lb turkey was in the oven for about 4 1/2 hours, according to the witch (Halloween joke) I opened the package, cut open and removed most of the skin and the two breasts just fell on top of each other. Side. I had the whole turkey stripped (of the meat) in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!
