I like being able to be in control over my proposal writing process, it allows me more freedom than some other systems as there are less templates for you fill out! It can sometimes take awhile before your files get uploaded into Salesforce so if they're not uploading right away make sure this isn't happening with yours or wait another few minutes/hours until its done updating itself fully - otherwise things may seem slow at first but will eventually update correctly without any issues afterwards once everything has been updated properly within sales force side!! So far we've had nothing specific dislike about our implementation however do wish support would improve faster when something does go wrong :) Currently looking only because have heard good feedback from others who use similar tool which made us think twice initially :).
