Construction error. The legs are weak and need support. I knew this when I purchased this item, but I knew I already had a solution in mind. I'm posting this to get others thinking about how to do it. It's an affordable device that can last for years with a little forethought. I've seen other devices that cost A LOT to ship to Mexico, so this was my only option. I made a 3/4 layer template and cropped it to fit perfectly. I then smeared the wood with silicone to fill in any space that might have been left by a bad cut. Then I screwed it onto the plywood. I think it will work fine.
