Double click and Logitech will void the warranty and waste your time

To be honest it's mostly my own fault. I previously had another Logitech mouse (G602) and double clicking the left button didn't work. Stupidly, I decided to buy the G502 because Logitech should have fixed their Switch issues for the past year, right? No, after a few months I noticed that sometimes when I wanted to click I just double-clicked. And trying to hold down the left mouse button sometimes caused the mouse to "let go" even when I didn't. Annoyingly, and worse, in mission-critical applications, it clicks on things it shouldn't. Well this mouse comes with a 2 year warranty, I thought "I'll just file a warranty claim". Little did I know that Logitech obviously didn't care about their warranty. First, their own website invariably rejects all G502 serial numbers as valid, and many people have experienced this problem. Okay, I'll just contact them manually and ask for help. 3 weeks, some mouse photos and double click video later, they want more mouse video. I have NEVER done any other business. who wanted people to spend literally hours of their time filming various videos, who intentionally creates a non-working warranty claims website only to have consumer warranty claims rejected for a high-quality gaming product that fails within months. I will never buy a Logitech product again, and honestly, no one should either.
