The scroll wheel is insanely clumsy

The mouse is comfortable and although a bit flashy for my taste it was on sale on Cyber Monday and I needed a new mouse. Fan recommended software, G-HUB. Fortunately, the Logitech Gaming Software still supports the mouse. My big problem with the mouse is the scroll wheel. When it's locked in click mode (like a regular mouse) it's very uncomfortable because it's smooth metal and it slides on your fingers so you end up twisting and sliding a lot. It wears off on your skin as you use it for work…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Only available in white

Double click and Logitech will void the warranty and waste your time

To be honest it's mostly my own fault. I previously had another Logitech mouse (G602) and double clicking the left button didn't work. Stupidly, I decided to buy the G502 because Logitech should have fixed their Switch issues for the past year, right? No, after a few months I noticed that sometimes when I wanted to click I just double-clicked. And trying to hold down the left mouse button sometimes caused the mouse to "let go" even when I didn't. Annoyingly, and worse, in mission-critical…

Solid mouse - software - a huge fire in the garbage

The mouse feels good in the hand and has a lot of comfortable and accessible buttons. When unpacking I was very excited. I've been using G Pro mice for years and love them, but felt like something was missing. I could tell right away that it would fill those gaps after getting my hands on it. But then I installed the software. I read that the G502 works with Logitech Gaming Software which is very easy to use and works great. In comparison, G Hub is a giant heap of garbage. It's like an alpha…

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
