Update: The cloudy plastic front was due to a protective coating on both sides. When this was removed, the bezel was transparent. I have now rated this frame five stars. This is excellent value for money. This frame is suitable for posters, but not for high-quality photos. I bought a 30x20 format for a family photo. The only major issue is that the clear plastic bezel is not very transparent. It arrived fairly cloudy, so the brightness and color saturation of the photo viewed through the plastic was greatly reduced. It wasn't a superficial issue as cleaning didn't help. We must assume that this is normal material transparency. If yes, then it is very misleading to say that this frame is suitable for photos. I've considered buying a special piece of glass to replace the plastic, but I don't think the frame is strong enough to support the weight of the glass. In the end I glued the photo to a cardboard base with children's glue sticks and hung the photo in a frame without a front. I hope the pressure stays on.
