Device not very cold - runs small, so order one size larger

I expected more for the price. In the product description they are called "fleece-lined", but also "insulated" and "warming". I am 49 years old and have been training for about 30 years. The natural part of this is that my joints really need warmth in cold weather. I have leggings from IN Sport that are actually lined with two layers of material, with the inner layer actually providing significant insulation. Not these Tomic leggings. These pants are made from a single layer of material and the fleece is only inside the material the pants are made of. And while it's a bit fuzzy, it's still another layer of material that doesn't really offer enough heat retention. Ask, this product is not for you. They also have a very limited amount of stretch. I ordered XL because my waist measurement was on the lower end of the size range on the size chart. I can put them on but they are definitely snug and even seem to impede movement of the knee a bit due to the tightness. My legs are a little developed, but if they were stretchier like most leggings I've ever tried on in my life, they wouldn't even fit. All in all a disappointment for $25 Chinese made leggings.
