We have been using ECargos services to track our fleet movements since 2015 which has significantly reduced time spent entering data into other systems manually or via spreadsheets - saving us in excess of 100 man hours per month! There are no downsides so far as we can see except that it would be good if they could offer more API's (as an example) but this may just mean its not currently possible without developing their own software? The benefits include being able collect important information such as load dates etc from multiple sources across different carriers all at once rather than having them separately entered by hand each day / week; also saves significant amounts of manual effort when filling out loadsheets eg loading cargo weights & shipping lines directly through cloud instead of copying down values again later after adding new info elsewhere.
