I have been using this system for nearly 10 years now, which is one of its greatest advantages since you don't constantly need new software or other platforms when switching from job/task management systems like Asana etc., but can just continue where there was left off even if completely different applications are in use (eMail).
Sometimes it has trouble syncing after long periods without any activity by me although i usually only check my emails once per week so that might be due as well? It's really simple to create tasks / projects within minutes - not matter how complex they get! You also won’t find yourself copying & pasting data between lists all day either :) I like that it is easy for me as an individual user, however if you are looking at this product from your employer perspective - there's not much in terms of functionality or features which would be useful unless they have been customised by their IT department (which may take some time). It has helped my productivity immensely when using multiple devices/computers throughout working hours. The best thing about this tool so far is how simple yet effective its interface can make things!
