I ordered this product for my son's school Chromebook. Around the same time, he was having all sorts of weird issues with his Chromebooks — going to tech support almost every day (like he was losing his settings, not downloading programs, etc.). They replaced his computer two or three times. After about two weeks they thought they found the problem - a magnet in the case! In tech support they think the magnet is to blame. There is no definitive evidence of this, but we removed the case and there have been no issues since. It was strange. I liked the case for its durability, be careful.
