Not as well made as before

I bought this basket 3 years ago and it was the best basket of my three children. So I changed the other two to these. However, they made it with the same bottom material as the sides, which helped keep it open. Now the bottom is mesh. It helps to fold it easier, but 95% of the time I don't want my basket to be folded, I want it to be open so my kids can put their laundry in. Overall I still like this basket - it's cute and holds a lot. It's just lame that they changed its structure for the worse.
