Doesn't fit or compete with alternatives

I bought a Revival chair like this one from Costco. When Costco stopped selling them, I came here to buy one that LOOKS exactly like the one I already had for my home office. It was very similar to a miniature but a very disappointing second place finish. The chair I received came with two cushions, but the placement/position of the cushions in this chair was VERY odd. Basically, instead of a lumbar pillow and a pillow that touches your neck or the bottom of your head, the top pillow for this chair can just be aligned with your shoulder blades without being able to be any higher as it will fall off the chair. The bungee strap just doesn't fit any part of the chair above the shoulder blades due to the length. The other pillow CAN align with the lumbar pillow in the other chair, but if you sit with your back to the chair, the pillow will eventually sag into the gap between the back of the chair and the seat of the chair. That means digging it out of the chair's slot about 2-5 times a day, depending on how long you're sitting in it, because there's nothing to hold it in place. The seat of this chair is also MUCH longer/deeper. than the seat of any other chair, while the seat where I had allowed myself to sit comfortably with my feet on the floor, this chair's seat forces me to sit at least 2-3 inches closer to the edge so that my knees bending away from the edge of a chair that doesn't allow me to lean back on the back of a chair without slumping in a horrible posture. The seat of this chair also seems to be made of a completely different material, because it is SO SWEAT. It's basically like you're sitting on a plastic/viscose-like couch that you have to undress from when the temperature goes above 70 degrees. Even if a fan is pointed directly at my back or front, or even explodes at the chair hinge, you just don't get a chance to ventilate. The absolute worst thing about this chair is that I've only had it for SIX MONTHS and the seat of the chair is starting to sag and the backrest of the chair no longer stays in place. So when you sit in the chair, the seat almost tilts forward/downward, trying to throw you off the front of the chair onto the floor. And if you lean against the back of the chair and try to sit on the chair back, it won't lock and the back will recline about 3 to 4 inches even with the lock locked. Move it forward as far as possible. In comparison, I've had a different chair for three years and have NEVER had any of these issues. And while this chair isn't indestructible either, the only problem it has (or at least the one I also bought from Costco before they replaced it with what I have now) is that finally the hinge, the the seat and back of the connecting chair will wear out over time and provide no support/resistance to your back when you sit on it. I'll probably file a warranty claim and see what options I'm allowed, but I will never recommend this seat/chair to anyone and my belief/trust in the Respawn brand has been fundamentally shaken.
