Rescuer! best air compressors and blowers

Bought one in March 2019 and bought another in August 2020 for another car. The low tire pressure indicator light on our car's dashboard came on and we had no idea which tire was flat or if it was a spare tire. It's an old car model that doesn't tell you WHICH tire is low, which is a real headache. This indicator/inflator was a lifesaver. It's a lot more convenient than it used to be: find a gas station with a (working) coin-operated tire blower, make sure we have enough coins, and then quickly inflate all the tires before the car stops. out. With this pump we were able to comfortably stay in our own garage and check each tire and after inflating properly the gauge on the dash went off - SUCCESS! It's still handy to have an old fashioned manual tire gauge in the tires (looks like a pen) to double the accuracy of this machine. A few things to keep in mind: 1. If the low pressure gauge on your car's dashboard is NOT telling you WHICH tire is low (so you need to check them all), it's best to use a manual pressure gauge first (don't forget a spare). ). Step. Sometimes the problem is a bad valve stem sensor (rather than low air).2. This inflator reports a slightly lower pressure than my manual pressure gauge. I don't know which one exactly. Decided to trust my handheld meter more. So I would recommend inflating a few psi less than this gauge shows and then checking it with a hand gauge.3. To get from the cigarette lighter to each tire, I had to open the front seat windows, close the doors (to disable that annoying "door ajar" beep), and then run a blower through the window. Since the machine needs to be running for this machine to inflate, make sure you have the large overhead doors up in your garage so you have adequate ventilation while you work. 5. It may take a few minutes to inflate depending on the low tire pressure. Tire pressure dropped to 25 psi; It took about 3-4 minutes to inflate each tire to the recommended 32psi. On BOTH our vehicles, the mid-size sedan and the smaller SUV, the cord is NOT long enough to reach from the cigarette lighter in the front seat to the spare tire, which is located in the trunk of the sedan and hanging from the rear of the SUV. It's not comfortable. If you have two cars, it is easier to pull the second car closer and hitch it than removing the spare tire from its mounting bolts. If they made the cord on this gas generator just 3 feet longer, we wouldn't have these inconveniences. I deduct a star for that. All in all this little pump is very handy (for four main tires) compared to a working air pump at a gas station and well worth the reasonable price. It is so compact that it can be easily thrown in the trunk, glove box, etc. and kept in the car at any time. A very nice bonus is that the kit comes with a needle for inflating sports balls and the second needle is stored right inside the inflator. I ordered a second one for our other car because I like it and it works well. I recommend it. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases. I do this because I read reviews myself and understand how helpful they can be. I hope my review was helpful to you.
