The seller is very responsive

Excellent printer! I mainly use Linux for my work computer and I can't find a printer driver anywhere. I called customer service and left a message. They called me back within 5 minutes! Within 3 hours I received an Ubuntu driver via email. So far, so good. The prints are great.
