The seller is very responsive

Excellent printer! I mainly use Linux for my work computer and I can't find a printer driver anywhere. I called customer service and left a message. They called me back within 5 minutes! Within 3 hours I received an Ubuntu driver via email. So far, so good. The prints are great.

Totally recommended to everyone :)

User friendly :) Installation is very easy, I just connected all the cables, installed the printer on my laptop using the USB drive that came with it, done :). I can just click the 'Print' button to get my label. It also came with some free labels. Just so handy for small business sellers.

2 weeks was great.

Worked great for about 2 weeks then stopped very disappointed because I liked it when it worked and customer service tried to help but gave me normal replies like reboot and make sure it's plugged in is but it just never read that it was plugged in and tried everything to make it work. However, they sent me a new one and it works like a charm!

WOW! Just wow! I love this printer. It was so easy to install and the instruction manual was very simple. The next day I ran into some troubleshooting issues and went to the JIOSE website where there is an online chat option. It was just an amazing experience working with Winson. Responses came very quickly and he was able to tell me exactly step by step what needs to be done to fix the problem! He was incredibly knowledgeable and it didn't take long to fix it. Great option for small business owners!

This is a great product for small business owners! I don't need to go to logistics stores to print stuff! This one comes with printable paper and I love how quick and convenient it is! I absolutely LOVE it! this printer. I chose this one because of the price and am very happy with it. Given the number of shipments I have per month, it easily pays for itself in 2 months with the amount of money I saved. I recommend buying a pack of 500-100 labels to set you up for a while. It saves so much time

So far so good for this little printer. I used to print 2 labels at the same time on an inkjet printer, but then I had to load, print, cut and reload label paper if I wanted to print just one of the 2 labels on a sheet. Took forever. NOW I think I'll just hit 'print' and in 2 seconds I'll have a perfect label that I just have to peel and stick. I really like how easy it is.
