Headphones are well made and fit baby's head well. They don't fall off like some of the other brands we tried. The sound quality is also pleasant. The best thing about these headphones is the outstanding customer service. My teacher colleague and I bought 3 sets of 10 in the last year. We've had a few pairs that stopped working, but I've never had headphones in my class that didn't have problems. The difference with them is the guarantee and amazing customer service. When they found out I had a problem they fixed it straight away. They even made sure the replacement parts worked properly. They were very interested in what was wrong with them so they could fix that problem in future products. I am happy with this purchase and will continue to buy from them because of the warranty!
