It takes some getting used to because I use it for the first time with my arms split; however, I've wanted to learn how to print in that position for a very long time, and there will be a simulator for that purpose. The wrist rest is cushioned, and the hands can rest in a natural position. However, the keys are very widely apart, both between Windows and other operating systems, making it difficult to use, reassign, or otherwise become accustomed to the keyboard. This was something that bothered me, and I didn't enjoy it.
