Really helps with Achilles sprains
I was dealing with an Achilles tendon sprain and have tried several different ankle braces to keep up my exercise and daily walking. This one is by far my favorite because it's not bulky at all and gets the job done. To be honest, bulkier multi-band braces work for me, but they seem better suited for ankle sprains. I am 11.5ft and it fits me. A little tight at first, but over time it stretched a bit and now everything is fine.
