When I received this attractive shaker I couldn't open it and felt I had to return it. I used rubber gloves to open it. This method also works for opening other difficult items. I ordered Kunzite. Very nice color that corresponds to the picture in the description. It is a light violet/purple color with rainbow color effects. It comes with 2 screw caps. The small top can be used as a jigger. The larger part that screws onto the top of the shaker is the strainer. Cup without top 7 inches, with top 10 inches. It holds up to 24 oz. It's also lightweight, which I really like. The shaker can be turned into a drinking glass. When I opened the shaker I received was a coupon for a free Classic Cap from Simplemodern.com. All you have to do is pay $3.99 for shipping and handling. I really appreciated it and took advantage of the generous offer. The only reason I'm deducting a star for this is that it's a little temperamental to unscrew and reattach the bulk. It can get stuck, but it works if you do it patiently.
