My wife often buys me ties and shirts in colors that I would never choose myself. This tie is an example. I tend to get confused with stripes on ties and when you add colors I've never, and I mean never thought of, wearing myself when I open the package, combinations my wife insists on having they are great can be shocking. It's true with this tie. I was very surprised, but out of male fidelity I was polite and decided to wait for the events that unfolded as I got dressed to go on a date with her. I really need to have more faith in the color combinations my artist wife chooses because she's always right! Now this tie is a beautiful product. Very well made from fabric which is much better than the price suggests. Excellent quality and perfect color combination, what could be better. The extra cufflinks were another one of those surprises as I don't have French cufflink shirts at the moment, although many years ago I wore cufflinks most of the time. This added bonus should mean that a french cuffed shirt will be added to my collection soon. I'm wondering with great anticipation, but I suspect this tie would be just as wonderful.
