After reading all the positive reviews I was delighted with this device. This device is not what I thought it would be. After the initial setup, it runs in circles instead of where I point it with the remote control. In the middle of the night, he leaves his home base and sits in one place on the ground, moving in circles until the battery dies. I stepped on him at almost 2am while walking my dog. My house is very clean and I wanted something to help me in the mornings when I don't want to use the vacuum cleaner. I followed all the instructions and it looks like I have a defect. I'll look around for another brand. Packed and ready to ship today. Thank you Revain Customer Service. UPDATE: 11/22/21 - I received an email from Deenkee asking me to change my rating and they are giving me $30! Not the best way to do business!
