Review on Brushed Nickel Moen DN4408BN Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder by Kirt Phillips

I read the instructions which were bad then googled how to install. The videos I watched noted the ease of installation. Well, not so much. The instructions included a template for placing the screws. The template is wrong. After installing both brackets, the distance turned out to be too small. After measuring with a tape measure and marking accordingly, I drilled holes for the bracket. Finally, after removing one of the screws, I installed the brackets and tested the lever. It was right. I then had to adjust a very, very small screw to attach the handle to the brackets. One was at the top of the handle, the other at the bottom. The top took over 45 minutes because I didn't want to remove the part I didn't have a spare for. The second was the worst. I had to position my body between the bowl and the vanity to be able to do this. I'm not kidding when I say I'd throw it all away. Tightening this last part was tricky, so use the supplied Allen wrench to stay straight. With no magnetization to hold this tiny little screw, it fell to the floor so many times I had to put a dark towel on the floor to find it! Finally a success, it works, looks great but I will never buy it again.
