I just received this item in the mail so can't comment on durability. However, the goods came within 1 day; It's not sheer like sheer pantyhose (it's a thicker stocking), which I'm really happy about, and it's a nice length. My height is 5 feet 10.5 inches; 260 lbs, 11" ankle, 17" calf, 25" thigh, and the hose reached about 27" down my leg and hit me in the middle of my thigh. I ordered size XL and put them on with minimal problems. from the 1st attempt. I was talking about ordering XXL because I was always afraid of things going small, but in this case I'm very happy I ordered according to the size chart in the images above and chose XL. I wanted a stocking that would get the job done without feeling like an overstuffed sausage casing. I am confident that this stocking will fit the bandage I will be wearing after my vein surgery while providing the compression I need to heal. Measure your foot at the ankle, calf and thigh and order according to the size chart to be accurate.
