These compression stockings are of very good quality. Thanks to the wide elastic band at the top, they stay in place very well. The included instructions are very helpful. I highly recommend these compression stockings.

Works great. I stand for hours. My legs didn't hurt. The only thing that was difficult was pulling them up. If you have arthritis in your hands, this will be difficult. I took extra time in the morning to put them on. Yes, it was very difficult. A bit like a workout.

Probably great for the right body type. I'm 5'4' and 157 at 39 weeks pregnant. I measured and ordered a large size. Compression was just right or even a little too big in the calves and then too tight in the hips. I've already had surgery for varicose veins, so I'm trying to avoid further surgeries. It is great! Very hard at first but they loosen up over time. I have found that the best way to put them on is to simply lift them over your legs by tugging at the top. I also lie on the bed to avoid back injuries! For a tall woman, 5ft 8in, 140lbs, the medium ones were too tight at the top of my thigh so I just didn't pull them up that high at first. I've also found in the past that they loosen up over time.
