Not a cure but actually helps

Using the size guide I ordered the largest size and it fits. I wear it at night because that seems to work best . I sleep with it and helps during the day. I did follow the suggestion and only wore it 3 hours at a time at the beginning. Support is not tight or strong . The heavy duty or ones with braces were uncomfortable.

Perfect for support and comfort when hiking.

Cons

Reactive to sweat which may lead to odor and bacteria build-up

I tend to collect these kinds of braces when they''re on sale so I have quite a collection. I find that they''re all generally interchangeable, some are slightly more comfortable than others but none really make an appreciable difference in knee pain. One thing about these is to take their sizing guide seriously, I usually wear a medium but they were insistent that I needed a large and they were right. One interesting thing about these is instead of sliding down they tend to ride up.
