This is not a unisex jacket. It's made for a girl.
My son usually wears a size 8 (which is a little big for him). This jacket is a tight size 8 with only a sweatshirt underneath. Be sure to order one size larger when purchasing. The button on the sleeve fell off after the first wash. If you want to dry use the lowest temperature setting as the color (red) has VERY faded. Luckily it was a late season purchase as I wouldn't have left it.
