Complaint 1: The USB3.0 cable to connect the motherboard connector to the front panel has 1 straight connector and 1 angled connector. But the case is so small that the straight connector cannot be connected to the front panel and puts strain on the connector when it is on the motherboard. The Revain also doesn't appear to have a female jack fork, let alone dual angled forks. Complaint 2: There are 3 slots for SMA connectors on one side on the back. Well, they're not punch outs. I had to drill them out and then use a file to smooth the hole. Regardless, the holes are close enough that my antennas can't rotate freely - although there are many angles, I can place them at 90 degrees to each other. Maybe an experienced builder knows how this should work? I would have preferred a SMA hole on either side of the back panel rather than a small cluster. Complaint 3: The HDD/SSD mounts are upside down. Due to the extremely small spacing, no down-tilt connector (SATA data or power) or pass-through connector (SATA power) will work without a load. Purchase either 270 degree or straight connectors. Good point 1: The RS232 port is a port and it exists. I chose this case over the M350 because I needed an RS232 connection. Pros 2: The case is a good size, fits a ThinITX board with room for internal cables, and the top slides well when unscrewed.
