Ordered/fitted July 2010 Fog lights replaced with PIAA 13555 H3 series ion crystal bulbs (for amber light) and high beam headlights with Hella HLA-H83135241 H3 12V 35W halogen bulbs (does not need to be too bright and lasts longer). The running lights are wired as daytime running lights (so they stay on all the time except at night). Fog lights are configured to only work with sidelights, not headlights. I hooked up a lockout switch so they don't turn on with the ignition switch and headlight switch. I used an RTV gasket around the rubber seal after reading about the leak. No moisture problems. 35W bulbs went out last August. I replaced them with original 55W bulbs. I sent back the covers without adding more rtv. Let's see if the seal stays good. The screws were a bit rusty by the way, but with the right screwdriver the screws popped right out (some anti-seize would help). I also used a laminated folder with a sticky back (laminated without paper!) and cut out pieces into lens shapes. No scratches on the lenses and still good clear light even after a year! All round good lighting and good investment.
