I ordered my first Huski cooler in matte champagne and it arrived scratched due to the product packaging. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it was a manufacturing issue, which is definitely not the case. I asked if they could ship it without the product box from the factory and just wrap it in bubble wrap. They said they couldn't. Offered to order another one from Revain knowing it would get scratched in the same spot. Of course, the second cooler arrived with more serious scratches and in the same place. Do not order this cooler in champagne matt or you will have the same problem. Other colors don't seem to have this problem. Both coolers were returned. Unfortunately it was part of a wedding gift and I wouldn't give it to anyone in the condition it is in. I will look for another cooler.
