Not waterproof no supports terrible tent

Wow where do I start. I bought this tent based on the great reviews and figured the price also means the quality will be good. Boy was I wrong. Let me tell you about the mountain of this tent. As soon as I walked around our campsite, I pulled out a fresh, first used tent. Again, no instructions as many have said, but this tent isn't all that bad. The main problem was that it didn't even have any poles. I know you should always check your gear before heading out so excuse me I think this brand new tent has it all. As soon as I set up the tent as best I can with no poles. We had a little rain the night I was in the tent. This thing wasn't waterproof at all. The tent got more and more wet during the night and in the morning it dripped into my tent. The only saving grace was my sleeping bag, which managed to keep all the water off me. Thank God there was no heavy rain, otherwise I would have slept in a tent filled with water. Take my advice, give up this tent. UPDATE - I contacted support about the lack of assistance. They offered to send a replacement on the matter. I set up this tent to support them. I would recommend anyone looking at this tent to get something to keep water out like the silicone spray recommended by others.
