I bought ink on a relatively new HP Officejet Pro 8715, not realizing that there had apparently been a chip change. The company never let me know (thought it was me and what I was doing) so I kept buying more - even these supposedly chipped, CLEAN PRINTHEADS AND FOLLOWING OTHER COMMENTS, no. The moment I put them in I got a printout and then proceeded to clean and align the printheads. They are as advertised and I appreciate that. I have to drive 2 hours round trip to get back but at least I get credited 3 out of 4 and I think I can eat the original set - BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I HAD TO LOOK FOR INK - THANKS A LOT And that are my words and no one asked me to comment. You really are winners.
