4 PURCHASES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, THIS IS A WINNER!

I bought ink on a relatively new HP Officejet Pro 8715, not realizing that there had apparently been a chip change. The company never let me know (thought it was me and what I was doing) so I kept buying more - even these supposedly chipped, CLEAN PRINTHEADS AND FOLLOWING OTHER COMMENTS, no. The moment I put them in I got a printout and then proceeded to clean and align the printheads. They are as advertised and I appreciate that. I have to drive 2 hours round trip to get back but at least Iโ€ฆ

Doesn't work with current firmware

Update: The seller contacted me and sent new versions compatible with the current firmware. The new ones seem to work. While this limitation is a pain and I wish it wasn't necessary (I blame HP), I'm bringing up this review because of the seller's customer service and the inks that actually work with the printer. ---Original Review---Please note that I can't really verify the quality of the cartridges I have as they don't work. The company will fix if the cartridges do not work due to HP firmware updates

I recommend Smart Ink - they did everything right! The ink cartridges I originally received were correct, but HP is constantly releasing firmware updates to avoid using cheap ink alternatives. In my opinion HP is anti-competitive: just sell your ink at a decent price or you will be beaten on consumables by competitors who sell good ink cheap, such as B. Smart Ink. Best Customer Service

When I bought these cartridges I was a bit concerned as the printer I have is relatively new to the market as are the cartridges and shopping at Revain gave me for this reason few possibilities . As you can see in the attached image, the first thing I saw when I opened the box was a card informing you what to do if there is a problem with your cartridges. They were easy to install and the only problem the first day I had was that the printer had warned me they weren't original HP952 cartridges,

Fantastic Customer Service

Smart Ink Customer service is fantastic. I've had many print quality issues using this ink set in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer. If I don't print for more than 24 hours, the colors come out wrong, faded, and streaked, and I have to run the printer's print function Clean the printer" Function. heads", sometimes more than once to keep prints in good condition. came out clean.
