I recommend Smart Ink - they did everything right! The ink cartridges I originally received were correct, but HP is constantly releasing firmware updates to avoid using cheap ink alternatives. In my opinion HP is anti-competitive: just sell your ink at a decent price or you will be beaten on consumables by competitors who sell good ink cheap, such as B. Smart Ink. If they can make money out of it, so can you, HP. Updating the firmware to disable cartridges is a blow below the belt. Although the first set of Smart Ink cartridges didn't work despite rolling back the HP firmware, chatting on the Smart Ink website, they quickly sent me a revised set of cartridges with an updated version that worked great. I am free. I recommend them because they got it right.
