The most useful features are, of course, Scheduling (In fact I would like to have all the scheduling feature available in my system).The ability to add notes directly into orders is very helpful as well for tracking what we need next from our supplier or subcontractors. Also this program allows us some flexibility with regard to how many employees work each shift. There can be times when you wish there were more options/features within your plan but it does its job pretty good at least where it matters - planning projects and providing feedback between departments so they know their jobs ahead of time. We use shop floor control software primarily for project execution purposes because of the great interface and ease-of-use factor. This has made life easier than ever before.
