Mr. Shizuo sometimes scratches his neck so badly that it bleeds. He has been to the vet, has no allergies and is bathed twice a month with special cat shampoo and conditioner. All we can do is watch him to make sure he's not itchy, gosh. really helpful. So we ordered this cone which is much softer than the cone the vet gave us. This handy cone lets him wear it when he's itchy badly and it won't be the hard plastic clinging to his already curly neck. Look cute and rest comfortably with this soft sunflower cone! He only has to wear it a few hours a day when he's got medicine on his neck, but that doesn't seem to bother him. This skittle is also much easier to put on and take off than hard plastic skittles. Shizuo is quite a big fur kitten, he's not fat, but he's long and just tall. He is over 16 pounds so we ordered a medium size and it fits him perfectly. We're not sure how well this cone will hold the mech. albeit a cat surgery. But fur, why do we need this cone fur, it's perfect! Shizuo is now a cute sunflower
