I am 5 inches tall and 1.145 lbs. According to the size chart my hips is 20 inches should wear size XL. The braces were comfortable and not too tight, but they always wrinkled at the top and bulged at the back. I would put this down to XL being too big so I ordered L. I'll post an update when I get it.
