Review on πŸ”¨ LEVEL5 6" Soft-Grip Stainless Steel Drywall Joint Knife with Metal Hammer End - Pro-Grade Comfortable Finishing Hand Tool for Sheetrock, Gyprock, Plasterboard Mud (5-142) by Amanda Ellis

Good knife for art supplies and tools

Good knife for drywall. Comfortable grip. Blade bend just right. When it comes to blades, you can't beat stainless steel - it's the way to go. The hammer tip on the handle works. Good shape at the edges. When gluing, the blade easily tears both paper and mesh tape when they are attached. Universal drywall tool. It complements two more level 5 tools in my drywall kit. All is well. 3" size is required for corners. Photo shows knives lined up for a group photo. 3" knife top left, red handle. I never thought a homeowner would need so many, but they add up as you complete more projects. Just like other drywall tools! For drywall knives, stick to stainless steel. The rest usually rusts fairly quickly. Rusty knives must be thrown away, otherwise the rust will get into the dirt and seep through the paint. Revane asked three questions about the features: 1. Durability? 5 Stars. I will update if it doesn't increase over time.2. Easy to use? 5 Stars. As long as you know your knives and your dirt.3. Easy to clean? 5 Stars. I keep a gong brush in a bucket of water so I can clean my tools often. The stainless steel blade is easy to clean anyway. Hope this will be helpful. All the best.
