While I love this bag, I received it in pretty poor condition. The gold inlays are badly scratched and there are small cracks at the bottom. Also, one of the inner pockets is not fully sewn. If it was in perfect condition it would definitely be a 5 star purchase 😟 Update: the seller got back to me and sent a replacement quickly and it's perfect! I will use this bag everyday, the size is just right if you are like me and carry a little bit of everything. I love that it has metal feet on the bottom so it doesn't damage the bottom. Plenty of pockets keep things tidy and not too tight. The handles are very secure and I have a feeling this bag will hold up over time.
