Pillow arrived on time and well packaged. Upon opening the pillow had a very strong odor similar to releasing memory foam which I found odd as I specifically ordered this as it was NOT memory foam. I gave the pillow 24 hours to fluff and air out, hoping that as it expanded, the smell would dissipate. I tried it the next night and the pillow fluffed up nicely. The filling was wildly inconsistent. It felt like there were stuffing bags scattered in the pillow and not evenly distributed. No matter how I tried fluffing the pillow, it never felt stable. However, it provided decent support for my arthritis-plagued shoulder and hip. After two days, the smell hadn't gone away, so I followed the manufacturer's instructions on the vacuum bag the pillow came in: Wash on a gentle warm basis. I was very disappointed when I went back to my washing machine to find the pillow had fallen apart and the soggy polyfill was clogging my entire washing machine. A seam came undone and a good three quarters of the filling fell out during washing. It took hours to clean my washing machine and make sure it wasn't clogged with waste. Two stars because it was nice and fluffy as advertised but with inconsistent filling and ultimately flawed. Revain irrevocable refund processed, will look elsewhere for another pillow.
