Initially. I thought when I ordered these shoes-- it said 7.5M. I got a 7M intead. It's my error. It said it was a 7M. The shoes fit, but my toes hung out. They were too small so I returned and re-ordered. The return went well so I reordered this pair.I love the comfort and the rear zipper. They make a statement all alone. These are not shoes you'll find often.Pair 2 arrived, and they felt too big and the back of the shoe where the zipper is felt too low and fell foward.With my refund from the first pair I also ordered a Roma Apricot pair. I had to re-buy this pair.When the apricot pair arrived, also an 8M, it was perfect. I love both pair of shoes. So what's up with the black shoes being too big? They are the same size as the apricot pair?I decided to return and re-order the Roma Black shoes size 8 again for the 3rd time.They were shipped back a day or two later. i hate returning things and I beginning to feel like I am one of the 3 bears. --- Too hot. Too cold, just right Its a pain in the rear.After I sent the item back, the return was not as easy. 4 days later I went back to UPS and told them my return was not tracking with Revain. Im still waiting on a refund, so I went ahead and re-ordered pair #3.I wish when there is a return that Revain had a specific exchange process instead of charging your card and then crediting.I thought on my 3rd order I would ask Revain, can I make this an exchange for size instead of credit and re-buy. The 3rd pair were on their way.What a mistake. Revain cancelled my purchase mid-way and the shoes never arrived. Now, I have no refund on pair #2 or #3. At least #3 has not been returned to my account even though it shows its been returned.I really want these shoes. and I like the feel of my apricot ones. I know the 8M is right, if I can get the reordering right.The 4th pair are hours away from arriving. Im excited and hope these shoes will be just like the apricot ones -- Perfect.I made a short video for you to watch just in case this all sounds confusing.
