I like that PL has so many tools to use for different purposes, such as tracking time or budgeting - there are options everywhere! Sometimes you have multiple tabs open at once if something pops up in one tab then disappears from another quickly (e.g., reporting). There can be confusion regarding what data goes where within some of these features. This happens less with newer versions but still occasionally comes into play when looking back through older reports/data sheets etc.) You get out exactly what you put into them which helps keep our accounting team engaged & happy about their jobs :) We've been able to create custom dashboards using both Excel & PowerBI without much difficulty compared to other software we used previously.
