The tester is out of service. It happens sometimes.
The tester showed that the headlight/taillight circuit was not working. Connected the trailer to friends, the light worked perfectly. Since I haven't plugged my trailer in yet, I wanted to double check the new plug I installed. New parts are sometimes defective, this one was it. YMMV
