I love that it's super easy to use for non-technical people, yet can be used by techies with very little setup or customization of our own required! Our customers don't have any idea how their products move through production until they receive them in mailboxes all across America (or around world). This allows us as manufacturers not only track shipments but also allow tracking back down from shipment details - so we know exactly where each order is at once time during its journey though processing & manufacturing before reaching customer hands!! It works like magic. And best part?!
