I’ve tried a few different boards at PT clinics and compared similar products on revain but I am very happy with my choice. The board is extremely well made, feels solid and made of high quality materials.The knobby textured surface on top feels great on bare feet and the same material on the bottom also prevents from slipping. I also think this board provides just the right amount of challenge that people of all fitness levels can benefit from. Some of the boards that I’ve tried I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending to my parents.I initially purchased this to supplement physical therapy from dance injuries, but overall it’s been a great addition to home gym and under my standing desk during online lectures.
