Product was advertised by seller and arrived on time well packaged. Upon opening the case, the head appeared to be missing, but when we looked at the table of contents, we realized that there was an additional unoccupied hole in the case. It's probably a part they no longer supply in the kit. Good Points: The massage gun came with a pre-charged battery and was easy to take out of the box and fire up! The case is zipped and protects its contents very well, making it quite portable. Although my youngest daughter is a gym student and knows how to train every possible muscle in the body with a good head, you don't have to be an expert to enjoy the product. I was able to use it on my wife and she responded. Just use the recommended head listed in the manual. Pretty relaxing. You can select three different "speeds" that change the beats per minute: 800, 1600, or 3200. The battery is said to last 4-6 hours. We haven't had to charge from the original charge yet. when I wrote this review. Great value for money. I highly recommend the product and the seller.
