These slippers arrived quickly, and the price was good. They looked and felt sturdy, but when I took them out of the package, I saw that the Velcro closure on the left slipper was sown incorrectly, causing the band not to open as wide as the band on the right shoe. It was a noticeable difference. This matters because they were bought for my brother who has severe edema and needs a wide opening so that his foot can slip in easily. This defect was very disappointing because it was the first time I ordered from this company and will not use them again. Not a good first impression at all! Shoddy workmanship, unfortunately.UPDATE! I contacted the company and told them about the condition of the product I received and how disappointed I was in the quality. They simply asked for photos of the slippers and offered to send me a new pair without having to send back the old ones. I received the new pair promptly, and they were fine and of good quality. I applaud the company for correcting an error and keeping a customer!
