Review on Inval AL 3613 Kitchen Microwave 1 Drawer by Robert Schneider

Update: I wanted to update this review. After several phone messages and emails sent, I received a call from Alain at Inval America LLC. Although customer service is not his job, he went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed to assemble this cabinet. Not only did he give me his personal cell phone number and let me call him back after hours, but he sent me an update on when he placed an order to replace the cracked shelf and then sent me a photo of the box that contained it had the tracking number on it. . As a side note, he also told me that they are in the process of updating the manual. So if you think you're missing loops, you're probably right - they get a lot of calls about it. They don't have enough hands due to having to work from home due to Covid but to be honest Alain did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall we are very happy with the cabinet but what impresses us the most is the excellent customer service from this young man - it was just outstanding! Assembly cannot proceed due to missing parts and a cracked shelf. We called the toll free number but had to leave a message. I really hope this gets fixed quickly. I'll update the review after it's all over, but for now I'm disappointed.
