Will not work in printer
This product was purchased for our business printer. When a company stocks up on ink, it means it doesn't use the ink right away. Today we poured this ink into our new printer and it shows that the cartridge was empty and damaged. When I look at the order, it tells me my "refund window" has expired. Not good. We need a replacement that actually works!
