Review on Greenleaf Doll Houses 8015 Fairfield by Pete Martin

I bought a Fairfield as a gift for my daughter for the upcoming holidays. I've never built a dollhouse set before, but I love the size and style of the Fairfield. Let me tell you, this home did not disappoint! I've been working on it for the last 3 days for about 12 hours and I've already finished assembling it. I definitely recommend using masking tape to hold all connections until dry and reading/following the instructions carefully. Also, be careful when stamping and sanding parts in this house. Diligence pays off! I feel I should mention that I have NO prior experience and was just following the instructions. The only tools I used were masking tape, wood glue, tacky glue, and a fine sanding pad. I plan to paint, wallpaper, and decorate in the coming days, but since these items are not included in the Fairfield Dollhouse Kit, I tend to leave a glowing review before I'm done. Also let me mention that I did not receive any compensation for this review, I just really enjoyed building this dollhouse! Please note that this dolls house kit is 1:24 or half scale which means it is smaller than most other dolls house model kits.
