Very soft, maybe better in a can than in a tube.
Although this tube looks very pretty and I love organic, the balm is too soft; a large amount melted on my lips in one fell swoop. Given the consistency, I could now easily see it in the jar/pot rather than the tube. I think it would actually make a big difference in the perception of this product. The feeling is comforting and it lasted quite a while. I also like the scent of basil/lavender. it is unexpected and unusual. I think if the consumer put it in a small can it could change everything. They are currently too soft to be tubular.
